well my sister won 3 contest going as a bag of garbage.. you just take a heft bag cut arm holes an leg holes in it an tie very losely at the top,, u can wear an black sweater an black sweats with it an u take milk cartons that have been risnes an egg cartons anything that u can rinse out because u don't want to smell like grabage,, an staple to the bag an the arms an legs of sweats u can make a hat out of aluminum foil an u fill the trash bag around u with newspaper to desired fullness
